01 · THE MATERIAL SYSTEM

Robust glass-cloth support with reliable acrylic holding.

ATR-GC-A uses woven glass cloth to reinforce the assembly while acrylic PSA provides stable fixation on clean, compatible surfaces.

The product is suited to securing and protection tasks where strength and abrasion resistance matter more than minimum thickness. Adhesion, electrical duty and mechanical load are confirmed on the real assembly.

02 · PERFORMANCE IN CONTEXT

What this construction helps an engineer control.

01

High mechanical strength

Woven glass cloth reinforces selected coil, lead and harness zones.

02

Reliable fixation

Acrylic PSA supports stable holding on compatible prepared surfaces.

03

Abrasion resistance

The carrier protects local contact points against handling and rubbing.

04

Dimensional control

Limited stretch helps maintain placement and restraint.

05

Electrical insulation

The construction supports insulation and protection in validated assemblies.

03 · APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

See the tape at its functional interface.

Representative tasks are drawn from the supplied product documentation. They identify the tape role without prescribing a universal customer construction.

Glass cloth acrylic adhesive tape securing transformer coil insulation
TRANSFORMER ASSEMBLY

Coil and insulation securing

Supports local coil, connection and insulation-material fixation in the approved transformer assembly.

Glass cloth acrylic adhesive tape banding motor coil end turns
END-TURN CONTROL

End-turn and connection banding

Provides retained restraint and abrasion protection around selected end turns, leads and connection zones.

LOCAL FIXATION

Lead pad hold-down

Anchors selected lead pads or wire exits where stable acrylic holding and glass-cloth reinforcement are required.

Adhesion, electrical duty, temperature and mechanical loading require validation on the actual assembly.

04 · TAPE CONSTRUCTION

Backing and adhesive designed as one system.

The woven glass-cloth carrier supplies reinforcement; acrylic PSA provides retained holding on compatible surfaces.
