Release behaviour
PTFE creates a non-stick contact layer at validated rollers and process surfaces.
ATR-TF SERIES · LOW-FRICTION PTFE SURFACE
PTFE film with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive for non-stick process surfaces, low-friction guidance and heat-resistant electrical wrapping.

01 · THE MATERIAL SYSTEM
ATR-TF turns the release, friction and insulation characteristics of PTFE film into an adhesive-backed material for selected industrial interfaces.
The tape is evaluated as a complete system: the PTFE surface performs the contact function, while silicone PSA maintains placement through the intended process. Load, edge condition, temperature, dwell and removal expectation remain application-specific.
02 · PERFORMANCE IN CONTEXT
PTFE creates a non-stick contact layer at validated rollers and process surfaces.
The film helps reduce sliding resistance on compatible guides and wear points.
The construction is suited to elevated-temperature tasks after cycle validation.
PTFE contributes dielectric separation for selected wire, cable and coil interfaces.
The thin film follows controlled curves and local component geometry.
03 · APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Representative tasks are drawn from the supplied product documentation. They identify the tape role without prescribing a universal customer construction.

Applies a low-friction PTFE face to selected guides and contact regions where drag must be controlled.

Supports local wire, cable, coil or harness insulation without prescribing a universal winding method.

Provides a replaceable release surface on selected roller contact zones after pressure and temperature review.
Actual temperature resistance, residue and service life depend on grade, surface, pressure and exposure time.
04 · TAPE CONSTRUCTION
PTFE film provides the functional contact surface. Silicone PSA holds it on compatible substrates through the validated process profile.
Illustration is enlarged for identification and does not represent actual layer-thickness ratio.
