Non-stick surface
PTFE helps reduce sticking at validated heat-sealing and processing contact points.
ATR-TF-W SERIES · CLEAN LOW-FRICTION INTERFACE
White PTFE film with silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive for non-stick surfacing, low-friction guidance and compact electrical insulation.

01 · THE MATERIAL SYSTEM
ATR-TF-W combines a white PTFE film surface with silicone PSA so the tape can be positioned on selected contact areas, guides and electrical interfaces.
The PTFE backing supplies release behaviour, low surface friction and dielectric separation. The adhesive brings that functional surface into controlled contact. Substrate, load, temperature, dwell and whether the tape remains or is removed must be reviewed together.
02 · PERFORMANCE IN CONTEXT
PTFE helps reduce sticking at validated heat-sealing and processing contact points.
The smooth film can reduce drag along compatible guide and sliding surfaces.
A thin dielectric barrier supports local insulation around connections and compact components.
PTFE provides a resistant surface where process compatibility has been confirmed.
The stable film construction supports narrow slitting and die-cut insulation shapes.
03 · APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Representative tasks are drawn from the supplied product documentation. They identify the tape role without prescribing a universal customer construction.

Creates a replaceable PTFE contact surface at selected heat-sealing zones after temperature, pressure and dwell validation.

Covers selected bottle or can guide faces to help reduce drag and surface marking.

Adds a thin insulating cover around selected wiring connections and electrical components.

Provides placement-ready insulating shapes when geometry, liner and registration are defined.
Appearance, haze, temperature resistance and residue must be confirmed for the selected grade and surface.
04 · TAPE CONSTRUCTION
White PTFE film forms the functional surface while silicone PSA provides elevated-temperature contact on compatible substrates.
Illustration is enlarged for identification and does not represent actual layer-thickness ratio.
